END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Effective Date: 4/2/2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PeopleNote ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the PeopleNote mobile and web application, including all related services, updates, and content (collectively, the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

1. License Grant

PeopleNote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business use on a device that you own or control.


 

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

  • Distribute, lease, sublicense, sell, or rent the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

  • Use the App to violate any laws or the rights of others

  • Access or use the App for any purpose that competes with PeopleNote



     

3. Account and Data Usage

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You agree not to input or upload any data you do not have a legal right to share.

  • PeopleNote may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve app functionality.



     

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features of the App may be offered on a subscription basis. You agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at the time of purchase.

  • Free trials may be offered and can be canceled anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.



     

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including AI-generated content, features, branding, and underlying code) are owned by PeopleNote. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.


 

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.


 

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your device(s).

 

8. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice.


     

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.


 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.


 

11. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time. If we do, we will notify you via the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
